Läderach launches the vegan alternative to milk chocolate
Ennenda, August 29, 2022 – The Swiss family business Läderach presents an answer for all who want to do without animal ingredients, but not with full chocolate enjoyment: The vegan alternative to milk chocolate with cashew drink; for pure and honest chocolate enjoyment on a vegetable basis. From September, the exclusive delicacies will be available worldwide in Läderach chocolate shops and online shops.
Läderach is known for high-quality indulgence and diverse chocolate specialties. As one of only a few manufacturers, the family business produces chocolate from the cocoa bean to the product in Switzerland, guaranteeing exceptional freshness and quality. Chocolate lovers can now experience the attention to detail and the unique freshness again with the new vegan product line.
New plant-based products
The vegan line consists of a total of four products, all of which are based on cashew drinks and labelled with a vegan sticker. A new couverture was specially developed, which perfectly matched the latest products. Also new: Läderach uses coconut blossom sugar instead of conventional sugar for the vegan line. Chocolate lovers can look forward to the following fresh delicacies: FrischSchoggi Cashew vegan, FrischSchoggi pouches vegan, Popcorn Creamy Cashew vegan and Tablet Creamy Cashew vegan. All varieties and products have one thing in common: they promise a pure chocolate experience at the highest level that will be remembered. Läderach is particularly proud that the new vegan line does not differ from the other products in terms of taste and quality: “We fiddled around until we were satisfied, and we could say – Taste approved! This quality promise can now be found as a sticker on the products,” says Elias Läderach (Product Development Läderach).
Vegan chocolate indulgence for chocoholics
The new releases are complemented by the existing range of dark chocolates made without animal products and vegan. The FrischSchoggi Hazelnut Dark, FrischSchoggi Almond Dark, Pralines Pavés, or the Carrés Grand Cru, for example, are made on a vegetable basis. The exclusive vegan delicacies from Läderach are ideal for treating yourself to a bit of luxury, trying something new or bringing a smile to your friends’ faces.
The vegan range will be available in Läderach chocolateries and online shops from 30 August 2022.
