For our Cocoa Nib Chocolate Pearls, we use only sustainably grown, pure Criollo beans sourced exclusively from Hacienda Betulia in Colombia - celebrated for a uniquely complex and unrivalled flavor profile. The precious cocoa beans are gently caramelized, then enveloped in silky almond gianduja and a layer of Single Origin Madagascar 64% dark chocolate, before being delicately dusted with fine cocoa powder.
