For our Hazelnut Chocolate Pearls, we use only Piedmontese hazelnuts I.G.P., gently roasted and caramelized to a delicate crisp using a special process that enhances their natural depth of flavor. Each hazelnut is enveloped in smooth hazelnut gianduja and a layer of fine milk chocolate, then finished with a light dusting of dark cocoa powder. (110g)
